This email will orient you to how the container works, what to expect and how to get the most out of our time together.

HOW ACCESS ALIGNMENT WORKS

This container is intentionally simple and focused.

  • You’ll receive 7 consecutive days of private 1:1 support via Telegram (voice + text).
  • We’ll close with a 60-minute Integration Call, where we anchor what’s shifted and clarify aligned next steps.
  • After our call, you’ll receive a brief Alignment Summary you can return to when doubt or old patterns resurface.

This is not a content-heavy program.
It’s real-time integration as life actually happens.

ABOUT TELEGRAM SUPPORT

Telegram is where the day-to-day work unfolds.

You’re welcome to:

  • share what you’re processing
  • name triggers or moments of activation
  • ask questions
  • reflect out loud via voice note or text

I’ll respond at least once per day, thoughtfully and intentionally.

This isn’t real-time chat or on-call crisis support but it is steady, present guidance designed to interrupt patterns before they take over.

BOUNDARIES (SO THE CONTAINER STAYS POWERFUL)

To keep this space clean and effective:

  • This is a 1:1 container, but support is offered at least once daily, not on-demand.
  • We work with one core focus only.
  • This is not therapy or emergency support.
  • Venting is welcome only when paired with willingness to shift, we can rehearse old stories but with the intention to rewrite them.

These boundaries protect both of us and allow the work to actually land.

HOW TO GET THE MOST OUT OF THIS CONTAINER

  • Be honest, even if it means being imperfect.
  • Share when something activates instead of trying to “handle it.”
  • Let yourself be reflected,  you don’t need to have the answers.
  • Notice your body as much as your thoughts.
  • Stay with one focus, even when your mind wants to jump elsewhere.

This is about stabilization, not fixing yourself.
